Susanna Goulder’s personal journey of healing from brain surgery has inspired her work today. Susanna shares proven brain science techniques with individuals, leaders, and teams who need a new way to work smarter and get more done. An expert in brain-based productivity, Susanna’s keynotes and workshops help clients minimize distractions, maximize focus, and reduce overwhelm. As an ICF-accredited Gestalt-certified coach, Susanna helps her clients tackle challenges and go forward with greater impact and influence. Susanna’s personal productivity, workplace productivity, and leadership productivity programs have immediate and far-reaching results.

Joel Hardwick’s passion for brain health stems from wanting to bring about change and fill a gap in the fitness field. Joel’s on a mission to ensure that clients and patients are treated holistically, and includes a new integration of brain health into their health programs. As a fully trained exercise physiologist with a focus in cancer rehabilitation, Joel is eager to spread the word about exercise and its impact on brain health, fitness and performance. Joel will be a great leader in the brain health movement through his fitness classes, work with patients, and educational opportunities for patients and peers.

Mary Jansen’s personal experience achieving and maintaining optimal health into her sixties, has ignited a passion in her to help others realize their own path to holistic fitness and wellness at any age. Mary uses her experience and expertise as an exercise physiologist in her work as a private consultant, trainer, and coach. Her practice derives from the science of well-aging and the importance of exercise, nutrition and meditation to the healthy aging brain.

Kathy Lopez’s history working with family members and clients who have suffered TBIs, Alzheimer’s and stroke, as well as her personal experience managing the challenges of a traumatic brain injury, led her to a strong interest in becoming a trained brain health professional. As a certified fitness trainer, Kathy is currently inspiring, educating and enriching peoples’ lives through fitness, yoga, Zumba, balance, strength and flexibility training.

Christine Law Schaffer’s passion for helping people live their best life is at the forefront of her life’s work. With formal education, training, and expertise in counseling, health and wellness coaching, and lifestyle medicine, Christine helps those she works with achieve sustainable behavior changes as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She currently works as an Anxiety and Depression Health Coach. In this capacity Christine assists individuals with making long-lasting healthy lifestyle changes that allow them to thrive at work and home. Founder of an executive coaching and consultant firm, Sue is on a mission to integrate healthy brain and lifestyle culture into the corporate workplace and beyond.
